As the deadline for award nominations rapidly approaches, Attorney General Ashley Moody is urging Floridians to submit applications and sign up to attend the 2024 Human Trafficking Summit. Friday, June 28, is the final day to submit nominations. Awards will be presented at the summit to individuals who made a difference in the past year in fighting human trafficking in Florida.

The Florida Attorney General’s Office presents several awards annually during the Human Trafficking Summit: Survivor Advocate of the Year, Community Advocate of the Year, Prosecutor of the Year, and Law Enforcement Official of the Year. The Department of Children and Families and the Department of Juvenile Justice also recognize an individual from their respective departments during the event.
