On Wednesday, June 19, CDK Global reported experiencing a “cyber incident” that necessitated the shutdown of all its systems. Despite restoring DMS, Digital Retail, and CDK Phones, including Unify and DMS direct login access by Wednesday afternoon, another incident occurred later that evening, leading to another complete system shutdown. The duration of the outage remains uncertain, and customer service is currently unavailable.

The Florida Automobile Dealers Association (FADA) is committed to providing resources during this period of disruption. FADA Endorsed Partner Reynolds & Reynolds has developed an Emergency Forms Kit to facilitate business operations.

The kit can be accessed in two ways:
1. Call the Emergency Forms Hotline at 1-800-344-0996 for assistance with your request.
2. Access REYSOURCE to place an order for forms; account setup may be required if you do not already have one.

Additionally, blank forms provided by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles are available:
– Power of Attorney and Affidavit of Authorized Agent
– Power of Attorney for a Motor Vehicle, Mobile Home, Vessel or Vessel with Trailer
– Separate Odometer Disclosure Statement and Acknowledgement
– Vehicle Identification Number and Odometer Verification

Once the extent of the incident is identified, FADA will contact the Florida Attorney General’s office to ensure dealers are not held liable for any data losses. For further assistance or inquiries, please contact [email protected].
