Florida Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Mark Wilson was recently featured in Florida Trend, where he discussed key issues affecting the state’s economic outlook. In his op-ed, Wilson addressed topics such as population growth, workforce changes, innovation, and the state’s competitiveness. He also highlighted the significance of the Florida 2030 Blueprint, a strategic plan aimed at positioning Florida among the top 10 global economies by 2030.

“As Florida continues to grow, leaders must stay focused on creating opportunities that strengthen our state’s competitiveness, talent pipeline, and quality of life,” Wilson said.

Wilson’s comments come as business, policy, and community leaders prepare to gather at the Future of Florida Forum in Orlando, where discussions about the state’s economic future will continue.
