The Florida Chamber Foundation and Florida Chamber of Commerce will hold the 2025 Future of Florida Forum (F3) and Florida Chamber Annual Meeting on October 27–28 in Orlando. The event aims to bring together business, political, and community leaders to discuss strategies for economic growth and achieving the goal of making Florida the world’s 10th largest economy by 2030.

This year’s forum will feature Matt Higgins, entrepreneur, investor, and Shark Tank star, alongside Stephen M. Ross, CEO and Chairman of Related Ross, Founder of Related Companies, and owner of the Miami Dolphins. Higgins said, “Florida is growing fast, presenting a unique opportunity for the business community to capitalize on an evolving, innovation-driven economy. The agenda includes revealing the winner of the inaugural Coolest Thing Made in Florida Competition, highlighting innovation in manufacturing. The event will also see the release of the Florida 2030 Blueprint Halftime Report, providing updates on progress toward long-term economic goals.

Karen Moore, Founder & CEO of The Moore Agency and incoming Chair of the Florida Chamber Foundation, commented, “We’re at a pivotal inflection point. F3 is where we align our strategies, reinforce our shared vision, and recalibrate to push forward with the bold leadership needed to drive progress. Florida’s future is too important to leave to chance.”

Other scheduled speakers include U.S. Congressman Byron Donalds with an update on national issues affecting Florida; Secretary Jared Perdue from the Florida Department of Transportation discussing infrastructure; Chancellor Raymond Rodrigues from the State University System; Adrienne Johnston, President & CEO of CareerSource Florida; Commissioner Anastasios Kamoutsas from the Department of Education; Heather Kasten from the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce; Melissa Seixas from Duke Energy Florida; Archie Collins from TECO; Matt Dunagan from the Florida Sheriff’s Association; and Sheriff Dennis Lemma from Seminole County.

Topics will also cover artificial intelligence and innovation, lawsuit abuse reform, affordable housing, tax reform, civic engagement, mental health, economic development, eliminating the state’s business rent tax, among others.

Mark Wilson, President & CEO of both organizations hosting the forum, said: “We’re not just talking about the future, we’re building it in real time. As part of the year-round strategy to secure Florida’s future, F3 is where Florida’s leaders unite to convert vision into action, backed by the best data, the strongest partnerships, and the boldest ideas in the country.”

The Florida Chamber Foundation describes itself as a statewide organization focused on research and leadership for long-term economic competitiveness and quality of life in Florida. Its priorities include improving workforce talent pipelines and fostering a business-friendly environment.
