Florida Realtors has been named one of Central Florida’s Top Workplaces for 2025, according to an announcement from the organization. The recognition highlights the association’s workplace culture and its ongoing efforts to support both employees and members.

“I am deeply honored that Florida Realtors has been named one of Orlando’s Top Workplaces,” said Margy Grant, CEO of Florida Realtors. “This recognition is a testament to the incredible people who make up our organization. Every day, our dedicated team works with passion, professionalism, and a shared commitment to serving our members and strengthening Florida’s real estate industry.

“At Florida Realtors, we believe our culture is built on collaboration, respect, and innovation – and this award reflects the strength of those values in action. I could not be prouder of our team and the positive, supportive workplace they help create. Together, we are not only advancing our profession but also making a meaningful difference in communities across our state.”

Tim Weisheyer, president of Florida Realtors for 2025, added: “Being named a Top Workplace is more than an award – it’s a reflection of the value Florida Realtors brings to our members, partners, and communities across the state. While Realtors are on the front lines helping individuals and families thrive, this recognition highlights the dedication of the many professionals working behind the scenes to make that impact possible. It’s a powerful testament to the strength of our entire organization united in our mission to elevate the industry, improve lives, and drive Florida forward.”

Florida Realtors is recognized as the largest professional trade association in Florida with over 230,000 members statewide. The group consists of 50 local and regional Realtor associations or boards. Its membership includes residential and commercial agents and brokers as well as appraisers, counselors, property managers, specialists in real estate fields and other related affiliates.

The association employs 150 people overall; 132 staff work at its Central Florida office near Orlando International Airport at 7025 Augusta National Drive in Orlando. There is also a Public Policy office located in Tallahassee.

Chris Mini, director of human resources at Florida Realtors said: “We are honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace for a fifth consecutive year, a distinction that reflects the strength of our culture and the dedication of our people to being The Voice for Real Estate in Florida,” he said. “This is a testament to the incredible people whose shared values, teamwork, and commitment to excellent service for our members make Florida Realtors not just a workplace but a community where we are able to do our best work together.”

In August this year, Florida Trend magazine also recognized Florida Realtors as one of its Top 100 Best Companies To Work For In Florida through its annual survey ranking companies by size categories.
