FloridaCommerce is urging homeowners to apply for the Hurricane Ian Housing Repair and Replacement Program before the deadline on March 31, 2025. This program is aimed at residents whose homes were damaged by Hurricane Ian or further impacted by Hurricanes Idalia, Debby, Helene, or Milton.

The available funding targets low-to-moderate-income households across 20 counties: Brevard, Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Flagler, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lake, Manatee, Monroe, Okeechobee, Osceola, Pinellas, Polk, Putnam, Seminole, and St. Johns.

The Rebuild Florida Program is focused on helping those affected by Hurricane Ian since its landfall in September 2022. It provides essential resources for individuals and families to rebuild their homes and recover their lives through the Housing Repair and Replacement Program.
