Governor Ron DeSantis and First Lady Casey DeSantis have announced the establishment of Hope Florida liaisons within each of the state’s 67 sheriff’s offices. These liaisons will connect the sheriff’s office with Hope Florida, acting as trained experts to disseminate materials and train others in the program’s objectives.

Governor DeSantis expressed gratitude for the sheriffs’ partnership, stating, “We are grateful for their partnership and pleased that Hope Florida continues to help so many to find self-sufficiency.”

First Lady Casey DeSantis emphasized the program’s mission, saying, “Hope Florida is about helping people to succeed—to achieve their God-given potential and the American Dream. Thank you, Florida Sheriffs, for joining us in uplifting Floridians in need and helping them on a pathway to self-sufficiency. If you need help, call 833-GET-HOPE.”

Hope Florida, led by First Lady Casey DeSantis, collaborates with private sectors, faith-based communities, and nonprofits, utilizing Hope Navigators to guide individuals toward economic prosperity. The initiative has referred over 118,000 Floridians, with 30,000 reducing or eliminating reliance on public assistance, saving taxpayers an estimated $108 million annually and over $1 billion over the next decade.
