Attorney General James Uthmeier has appointed Naples Police Chief Ciro Dominguez to the State Immigration Enforcement Council. This announcement was made in Tallahassee, Florida.

Chief Dominguez currently leads the Naples Police Department. His career includes leadership roles at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority. In 2020, he retired as a colonel from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

Dominguez’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree from Barry University and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Saint Leo University. He also completed the 218th Session of the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy.
