The Jacksonville-based law firm Pajcic & Pajcic will be recognized for its pro bono work at the 2026 Law Firm Commendation ceremony. Chief Justice Carlos G. Muñiz will present the award during the annual Pro Bono Awards event on January 22 at the Supreme Court of Florida. The commendation highlights significant contributions in providing legal services to individuals or groups without charge.

For many years, Pajcic & Pajcic has emphasized public service and access to justice as central values. The firm’s attorneys are involved in both representing clients pro bono and offering financial support to organizations that provide free legal aid.

One notable effort is the firm’s organization of the annual Pajcic Yard Golf Tournament, which has raised over $1 million for Jacksonville Area Legal Aid (JALA). In addition to organizing this fundraiser, the firm matches donations dollar-for-dollar.

The commitment to pro bono work extends throughout the entire team at Pajcic & Pajcic. JALA has recognized the firm multiple times for achieving full attorney participation in pro bono activities and awarded it the Justice for All Award for outstanding hours of service and financial backing.

Attorneys at the firm also contribute individually through various philanthropic efforts. Bob Link, one of its lawyers, served as lead counsel on a case for the Innocence Project, an organization dedicated to freeing wrongfully imprisoned individuals. Partner Raymond Reid has participated in legal service by serving on Funding Florida Legal Aid’s board and being part of Florida’s first “Conviction Integrity Unit,” a panel created to review possible wrongful convictions.

This year’s awards ceremony will also honor other categories such as Individual, Circuit, Voluntary Bar, Young Lawyers Division, Distinguished Judicial Service, and Distinguished Federal Judicial Service pro bono efforts. The event will take place at 3:30 p.m. on January 22 at the Florida Supreme Court and can be viewed live on Facebook, WFSU: Gavel to Gavel and The Florida Channel.
