Cathy Alley, a Realtor, has built lasting relationships that often extend beyond business. One such relationship was with a friend whose wife was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s. As the couple faced challenges, Alley stepped in to manage the sale of their old home, which had fallen into disrepair over five years. She coordinated all necessary tasks to prepare the 3,400-square-foot house for market, resulting in a sale within a month.

Tragically, two months after moving into their new home, her friend’s wife required long-term care. Throughout this period, Alley provided more than just real estate services; she offered emotional support and expertise during a difficult time.

Alley is also an active member of her community as an elected official on the Niceville City Council. Her initiatives include the “Walkable Niceville” project and securing $1.2 million for a sports complex designed for individuals with special needs.

She emphasizes the importance of education and engagement for Realtors: “It’s important to stay educated, engaged, and out in the public,” she says. Recently, she became a Florida Realtors Board Certified Professional, highlighting her commitment to providing top-tier service.

Alley’s dedication extends to personal pursuits like race walking, having participated in every Disney Princess Half Marathon for 16 years. Her passion for real estate and community service continues to drive her success as both a trusted advisor and leader.

“I’m so passionate about being a Realtor,” she says, “and I’m passionate about the service that we bring.”
