Stacy Stahl, one of the 20 Realtors in the inaugural class of Florida Realtors Board Certified Professionals, finds success not merely by increasing her team size but by focusing on the individual growth of each agent at Realty ONE Group Destination. With just nine agents under her leadership, Stahl stresses the importance of quality over quantity. “Our agents are experienced, and they’ve come to us seeking to enhance their business,” she says. Her franchise model offers personalized support to help agents reach their goals.

Though open to team expansion, Stahl notes, “I want agents who respect our way of doing business and are open to new ideas.” For her, mentorship is key. She recalls aiding an agent to penetrate the Key West market, highlighting the value of building personal connections.

Stahl, also active in community service, serves as president of the Mystic Crew of Key West. Her leadership has seen the nonprofit support various local charities, such as raising $1,500 for a local food pantry. “We’ve raised funds for various causes, from paying off lunch debt to supporting our high school band,” she mentions.

Her leadership and mentoring focus on individual growth, combining Realty ONE Group’s coaching resources with personal insights. “I believe in standing on your own two feet and using your unique skills to grow,” Stahl states. She advises brokers looking to develop mentoring relationships to “focus on understanding each agent’s strengths and challenges.”

For Stahl, relationships form the backbone of her business strategy.
