A vacancy has opened on the Second District Court of Appeal following the resignation of Judge Anne-Leigh Gaylord Moe. The Second District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission will conduct interviews with applicants seeking nomination for this position.
Interviews are scheduled for Wednesday, December 17 at Hill Ward Henderson, located at 101 E. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 3700 in Tampa, Florida. The list of candidates includes Mark R. Wolfe, Joseph Wheeler III, Joseph M. Tompkins, Christina Z. Pacheco, Lance E. Neff, J. Logan Murphy, Jason Miller, Richard H. Martin, Michael R. Lennon, Mark D. Kiser, Karin B. Hoppmann, Michael J. Hooi, John Guard, Gregory G. Groger, Jennifer X. Gabbard, Alissa M. Ellison, Alyssa L. Cory, Hunter W. Carroll, Steve D. Berlin and Michael F. Andrews.
