NFIB endorses Mike Haridopolos for Congress to represent Florida's 8th District

The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) has announced its endorsement of Mike Haridopolos for election to the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Florida's 8th Congressional District. The NFIB, recognized as a leading advocate for small businesses in the United States, highlighted Haridopolos' history of supporting policies beneficial to small businesses during his tenure in the Florida legislature.

Bill Herrle, NFIB Florida Executive Director, stated, "Mike Haridopolos has a long history of supporting pro-small business policies in the Florida legislature." He added that Haridopolos, being a small business owner himself, understands the challenges posed by over-regulation and high taxes on local businesses. Herrle expressed confidence that if elected to Congress, Haridopolos would continue advocating for small businesses in Florida.

Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director, also voiced support for Haridopolos. She remarked, "Mike Haridopolos is a strong pro-small business candidate." Sussin emphasized his understanding of Main Street owners' priorities and his support for critical small business policies like making the 20% Small Business Deduction permanent. She affirmed their belief that he would be an ally in Congress.

The endorsement comes from NFIB FedPAC, the political action committee of NFIB. This committee is funded through voluntary contributions from NFIB members beyond their regular dues and operates based on grassroots evaluations made by its members.
