Florida's Commissioner of Education, Manny Diaz, Jr., has unveiled the March selections for the Commissioner’s Book of the Month initiative. This monthly reading challenge is designed to foster literacy and engagement in preK-12 schools across the state. Each month, five books are recommended, each tailored to a specific grade range.
"Reading is an important part of learning and it lays the groundwork for a successful future," stated Manny Diaz, Jr. He further encouraged students and their families to use the upcoming Spring break as an opportunity to explore new books.
For those interested in viewing this month's selections, they are available on the Florida Department of Education website.
