Tracy Greene has been recognized as the Florida Health Care Association's (FHCA) Willis J. Gregson Associate Member of the Year for 2025. The accolade was given at FHCA’s Annual Conference held in Orlando, marking the highest honor available to an associate member within Florida’s long-term care sector.
Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for RB Health Partners, Greene has dedicated nearly 25 years to FHCA. Her career includes significant experience on the provider side before moving into a business partner role. She brings extensive knowledge in operations, administration, and emergency management to support facilities and professionals statewide. Greene has contributed significantly to FHCA, holding positions such as district president and inaugural Florida Leader. She is also active on several committees, including chairing the Emergency Preparedness and Life Safety Committee.
"Tracy Greene is the kind of leader every profession hopes for: dependent, knowledgeable, and always willing to step up when it matters most," said Emmett Reed, FHCA’s Chief Executive Officer. "Tracy’s impact is felt across the state, and this recognition is well deserved."
