Disaster recovery center opens in Manatee County for Hurricane Debby relief

FEMA has established a Disaster Recovery Center in Manatee County to assist residents impacted by Hurricane Debby. The center is located at the Lakewood Ranch Library, 16410 Rangeland Parkway, Bradenton, FL 34211, and operates daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Residents of Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Manatee, Sarasota, Suwannee, and Taylor counties can visit the center without an appointment to meet with representatives from FEMA, the State of Florida, and the U.S. Small Business Administration.

The fastest way to apply for FEMA assistance is online at DisasterAssistance.gov. Applications can also be submitted via the FEMA App or by calling 800-621-3362. The phone line is available every day with support in multiple languages. For those using relay services such as VRS or captioned telephone service, FEMA requests that you provide your number for that service.
