In nominating Johnson, her local association described her as “a consummate leader and a key proponent of bridging the divide between commercial and residential real estate through education, board involvement, committee service and networking.” She achieves multi-million dollars in annual sales in both commercial and residential real estate, which is uncommon in the industry.
A longtime Realtor with 26 years in the profession, she is a past president (2021) of Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors and Beaches MLS. She has been a member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance since 2010, serving as president of RCA in 2017. Her local association named her its Commercial Realtor of the Year in 2017, and she graduated from its Leadership Academy in 2014.
At the state level, Johnson became involved in Florida Realtors early in her career, serving on numerous committees and attending state association conventions since the early 2000s. Her roles include serving as Florida Realtors District 11 vice president in 2022 and chairing the Strategic Thinking Committee that same year. In 2023, she was a member of Florida Realtors Global Business Committee, Investment/Treasury Management Committee, and its Board of Directors.
Investing in her profession and contributing to Realtor advocacy efforts is important to Johnson. She is a Platinum Major Investor in RPAC (Realtor Political Action Committee) and a member of the RPAC Hall of Fame and President’s Circle. She has served on the National Association of Realtors Commercial Committee, is the 2024 vice chair of the NAR Reserves Investment Advisory Board, and has been appointed to NAR’s Board of Directors since 2018.
Johnson also believes in giving back to her community. She consistently volunteers for her local association’s “Pay It Forward Foundation,” Broward County Charitable Foundation, Rebuilding Together Broward, Habitat for Humanity Broward County, Sheridan House, and Stranahan House.
Additionally, Johnson often acts as a mentor for colleagues by sharing her passion for the Realtor profession and helping others achieve their personal goals for success.
