FloridaCommerce is urging homeowners to apply for the Hurricane Ian Housing Repair and Replacement Program before the deadline on March 31, 2025. This program is aimed at residents whose homes were damaged by Hurricane Ian or further impacted by Hurricanes Idalia, Debby, Helene, or Milton.
The available funding targets low-to-moderate-income households across 20 counties: Brevard, Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Flagler, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lake, Manatee, Monroe, Okeechobee, Osceola, Pinellas, Polk, Putnam, Seminole, and St. Johns.
